ABSTRACT
National Education Philosophy of Malaysia has clearly outlined 16 values that needed to be taught in class yet there is still room of improvement to be done in the implementation part. Less attention is paid to the aspects like child psychology, child development and empathy towards children thus, need to be emphasized as well.
